Flat roof PV systems installation method
First, clean the roof debris, use a measuring tape to measure the installation position of the foundation on the roof, and place the foundation;
Use a hammer drill to drill holes in the PV cement foundation. The depth of the hole is determined by the thickness of the foundation and the length of the bolt. The bolt diameter is M10. (The pre-embedded bolts are embedded in the foundation in advance to deal with impurities on the threads);
Put the expansion bolt into the hole, use a non-metal hammer such as a wooden hammer or a leather hammer to gently tap the bolt into the hole, with a distance of 30mm from the hole;
Install the bottom beam or foundation, align the bottom beam hole or foundation hole with the bolt and use a wrench to tighten the nut; (fix other foundation foundations in accordance with the above method)
Measure the mounting position of the rear column according to the bracket angle, and fix the base to the rear column with bolts;
Fix the inclined beam, use the corner connection to fix the rear pillar, and use the bolt to connect the inclined beam to the base;
Fix the keel, determine the installation position of the keel according to the component mounting hole, keep the distance between the keel and the mounting hole at ±100mm, the frame at both ends of the component is 200-300mm away from the diagonal beam, and use the special-shaped nut to fix the keel on the diagonal beam;
Before installing the module, determine the installation height of the module. The glass surface of the lower end of the module is 300mm away from the ground. Use the side pressure block to fix the module. First fix the lower end pressure block to prevent the module from slipping. The module frame is 20-30mm away from the two ends of the keel. Two people are required to work together when fixing, and use a wire drawing method or a level ruler to determine the overall parallelism of the components.
